Goal 1: Extending the Land of the Organization.

As mentioned in the introduction article of HWMCO in Uganda, one of the main goals the organization wants to achieve is the building of a home called, ‘Miracle Joy Centre’, from which all activities that are being organized for the children can take place. To make it possible to build the Miracle Joy Centre (as well as to realize future additional projects) it is very desirable that the current land, owned by HWMCO, is extended.

Thanks to donations received, some first important steps could be made with the extension of the land. In December 2017, a semi-acre land, adjacent to the current plot of HWMCO in Uganda, which is part of a total of one and a half acre land for sale, could be purchased for the local amount of 4,000,000.00 UGX.

Thanks to more donations received and people in the Netherlands using our local market selling account, another semi-acre land could be purchased for the local amount of 4,000,000.00 UGX in June 2018.

Currently remaining of goal 1: extending the land owned by HWMCO inUganda with the remaining semi-acre that is still available, for the amount of 4,000,000.00 UGX (depending on the actual exchange rate, the amount equals around € 1.000,-).

Goal 2: Adding Drums to the Brass Band Instruments of the Organization.

In this article about the brass band of the organization can be read how the organization wants to work towards performing in public with the band to generate some income that can be re-invested in future goals to achieve.

To prepare the brass band for performing in public it is desirable that a series of 6 drums and also a few cymbals will be added to the total collection of instruments. An amount of 3,700,00 UGX (depending on the actual exchange rate, that equals around €925,-), needs to be raised to achieve this goal.
